Islamic Corporate Governance

 Corporate governance for a western style company concerns the relationship between the shareholders of a company and the management. By contrast, Islamic corporate governance necessarily has a wider brief with obligations extending to suppliers, customers, competitors and employees, embracing the spiritual as well as the temporal needs of the Islamic community. This module discusses the framework within which these Islamic governance issues are evolving.
